An APOL member will:

Maintain fair and honest pricing standards. Honor all written and verbal commitments. Ensure promotional materials represent band.

Provide detailed contracts, explaining all charges.

Only accept engagements suitable for his or her group.

Respond to all communications promptly and courteously.

Begin and finish playing at designated times. Keep break time to a minimum.

Ensure band members are appropriately attired.

Honor client's requests.

Maintain volume at a comfortable level

Respect client privacy, by not inviting prospective employers to a private event for an audition.
